  • Clear photographs of the damaged item
  • Clear photographs of the shipping package

After reviewing the information provided, our team will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include sending a replacement product when applicable.

Lost Packages

If the shipping carrier officially confirms that your shipment has been lost during transit, Elirase will provide an appropriate solution, including:

  • A replacement order; or
  • Another suitable resolution,

at no additional cost to you.
